So, how do they transfer the 1,350 HP to the pavement (via rear wheels somehow)? Or does it rely on pure thrust? Being a hellicopter engine, I would think the HP rating is based on the engine drive power and not the thrust potential. Isn't there a big difference in thrust vs shaft HP for these types of engines?
