Nope, there is not a miracle pill you take or an expensive ab machine to buy. Rather it is hard work and sweat equity, but following principles that are sound.
Since July 26, 2003, I have been following "Body For LIfe", by Bill Phillips. All I can say is if you follow the guide lines and put an honest effort intot he program, you can obtain your fitness goals. There is no starving. In fact, I eat more now than I ever have, but it is quality food. There aren't any special foods or pills, just clean, quality gorceries. Work out six days a week, eat six times a day, and have one free day that I eat what ever I want.
When I started the program and looked at the pictures of the before and after, I did not think it was possible. Seven and a half months later, I can honestly say it is possible. I have not felt this good in over ten years. So far I have lost 135 pounds, and i have the knowledge now on how to keep it off! Quite honestly, it was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be to loose the weight. I have about 40# more to go and I think I will be where I want to be, but I will reevalutate when I get to that point.
