2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission weight of the bed

Anyone know how much a srw long bed weighs? I'm replacing mine with a flatbed and I'm trying to calculate scrap price. (It's in pretty rough shape)
I know it's not much but I'm hoping someone has a definitive weight.

If it's for your 01 I want to say about 400 maybe 500 lb's most of the time 2 guy's can pick up a bed so they don't have that much weight too them .

400-500 sounds about right, my brother inlaw and I picked up my short bed without tooooo much trouble.

Without the tailgate I would guess 300#
