Weird Issue with Oil Life Reset

I added the BD Throttle Booster this weekend. Following the instructions I disconnected the batteries briefly. This reset my oil life monitor but not the fuel filter monitor. Has anyone else had this happen?

Depressing and releasing the throttle pedal 3 times to calibrate the throttle sensitivity booster resets the oil life monitor as well.
