I had the three pod pillar on my 99 also. Didn't really notice the big blind spot. My biggest concern is the look of the westach gauge. I thought it looked a little rough on my 99 (FP gauge), however my 99 was a little rough around the edges so I din't care. My 06 is so nice and shiny (for now) and I like the look of the Issipro's. They match the factory gauge cluster nicely. IMHO. But the thought of only having one gauge keeps me coming back to Westach. I can't decide.
On a side note- couple of years ago I tried to by a Westach FP gauge from Genos and they were on back order for a little while. Come to find out the Westach Factory is right down the road in Shellville, CA. I thought I might just swing by the shop and pick one up. No offense to Geno's, but I like to keep my money local if I can.
Picked one up from the factory, the gentlemen was very helpful. Got home and realized he charged me $25. 00 more than Geno would have. When I called to talk to the salesman, he stated that if he sold it to me for the same price as Genos, customers wouldn't buy from Genos. Geno's must sell A-LOT of FP gauges. I guess that's what you get for keeping you money local. Now I send all my $$$$ to Geno.
