There is the standard Silver Bullet and then there is a Silver 62. The Silver 62 sounds like what you are talking about..... There are awesome for the right application. Give me a call and I can fill you in.

So whats the difference between the Silver 62 and the SPS62?

I purchased Silver 62 about 2 weeks ago from Brady at II. He said the turbine section has been reworked and has a different turbine wheel with 2 more blades than the sps62 and a more aggressive pitch so it spools faster with less drive pressure required to do so. I am not sure but I think he said they did more work in the wastegate area also. I can't wait to get it and my new ats manifold bolted up in a couple of weeks. Oo.

Can anyone tell me how many fins are on the compressor and turbine wheel of a sps62?

zstrokin your pm box is full.

Silver 62 is one more step up on a SPS 62 and it's a step up on a PS 62. The inital idea with the Silver 62 was a turbo that would take anything you threw at it (N2O) but would still spool easy on the street. As you know with N2O you don't need to make big boost, that is what the bottle is for.

No I'm not running one!

I have a question:

Besides the Silver Bullet 66 and SB62.

Is there a Silver Bullet with a 68mm compressor wheel out there?

I ask this because the picture of the silver bullet Jetpilot posted a while back looked like it had a larger compressor wheel than a 66.

Also the Project X truck's SB looked like it had a 68mm...

Maybe my eyes are just playin' tricks on me :)

It maybe a 71mm. It's either that or a 66. There's none in between that I know of...

Would one of you fine gentlemen be so kind as to explain the differences between the PS 62 and the SPS 62. At what point does one need to make the jump. My sig will be updated shortly by subtracting the EZ and adding the Juice w/ Attitude if that helps.

Thanks,

Give Doug a call, the prices are good, some are better than others but they are all excellent depending on what you want.
