Sorry, but your math is off by 50%. 64 oz. is 2 qts. 128 oz. is 1 gal.
By your figures using 12 oz. to 34 gallons the answer would be 362:1
Steved is right about being a little smokey at 1 oz. /gal. 1 oz/gal is pretty rich. That is 7812 ppm or 128:1 ratio. If you use 2/3 oz. /gal that is about 192:1 and 1/3 oz. is about 384:1 .
2/3 oz. gal is more than enough and easy to figure in your head.
If your fill up is say 24 gals. add 16 oz. of oil. for 2/3 oz. /gal. (192:1)
If your fill up is say 24 gals. add 8 oz. of oil for 1/3 oz. /gal. (384:1)
