Over priced loud mouth, I know of plenty I could go listen to for free... :-laf

Some of these shows would probably be good, IF I could be assured that all they would do is sing. I don't want to hear their political views. My wife saw Santana at the New Orleans Jazz fest a few years ago and they left because he wouldn't shut up about politics. That's BS, no matter which way you believe. I pay $$$ to see someone perform, not moan about this or that.

Never had the opportunity before his untimely death but, Stevie Ray Vaughn is one I would like to have seen.

Probably one of the best shows I've ever seen. He was in Ann Arbor in the Michigan Theater (old movie theater) with Ernie Isley (hadn't really appreciated his guitar talent) for his warmup act. Can't remember the date, but I think it was early 1990.

I'd love to see Eric Clapton, Dave Matthews Band, and would've like to seen the Dead in their day.

My dad was and still is a huge fan of traditional music, so I got to see a lot of stuff like Jim & Jesse and the Virginia Boys, The Lewis Family, Rhonda Vincent (did some work for her folks, they lived not far from our house), and a bunch of folks I can't remember at the moment. I am now a huge old country fan. I would love to have been able to see guys like Johnny Cash, Elvis, Patsy Cline, Johnny Horton, ect... but most of them kicked the bucket before I was born. Generally anything country prior to the early nineties would do just fine. Most stuff after may as well be pop or something else.

Saw ZZ top a few months ago, About 5th time i've seen them, good line up once was zz and lynyrd skynrd. Saw Metallica. I to would loved to be able to see srv. Still would like to see ac/dc, dream would be with bon scott.

Been to to many concerts to list.

Too many...

Grateful Dead (again), New riders of the Purple sage, Poco, Quicksilver, Janis/Big brother, Sly and the family stone, Beatles, The Turtles, Byrds, John Hyatt, Cracker, I could go on forever... ... .

Great thread even if it is a couple of years old.

I saw Pink Floyd at the LA Coliseum in the late 80s or early 90s. I would love to see David Gilmour in concert. Even better would be to see Pink Floyd re-united. David and Roger are cordial but that's about it I think. David Gilmour has a DVD out that I'd like to get. It shows the two of them meeting at a recording studio that was a total coincidence, but they were nice to each other.

Just saw Papa Roach, Buckcherry, sixx AM, and Motley Crue tonight on their "Crue-Fest" tour... The Crue was awesome! Lots of pyrotechnics and stuff blowing up!!!

I go to see Journey, Cheap Trick and Bryan Adams tomorrow night, and a few more concerts this weekend...

I second seeing Chris LeDoux one more time... Never a dull concert!!!

-Chris-

I just saw Hinder, Staind, and 3 Doors Down the other night. Not a big Hinder or Staind fan, but 3 Doors Down was good. The chicks were real good too  :-laf

I'd pay anything to see Led Zeppelin, or the real Skynyrd. Cruefest is coming around here next month, might have to check that out!

As soon as I read the post title I thought Pink Floyd. I saw them in Denver in about 1992. I was on the edge of my seat all night!!!!!!!

I'll go to my grave regretting that I didn't take the time to go see Johnny Cash, Chris LeDoux and Pantera before they left us...

I was planning on seeing Chris LeDoux one night. The show was called off due to him being under the weather. Unfortunately he passed before they could get the show scheduled again. I did get to see Carlin before he passed. Not a musician but a great show none the less

My g/f & I went to see Crosby, Stills & Nash a couple of weeks ago here in MN. The sound engineers really misread the theatre, and it was an incredibly *RUDE* crowd.

Having said that, it was still a great show. Those 3 still play very well.
