Weighed my truck (01. 5 QC SB) for the first time today, WOW  we need to go on a diet!

7660 lbs full of fuel, no driver

7880 lbs with me in it.

By the time I put my dual steering stabilizer and my DSS back on the front and I get my new pulling hitch on the rear, I will be right at 8000 lbs!

What does your truck weigh?

EDIT:

Just realized I posted to the wrong forum, moderator please move my thread to the 2nd Gen Ram Forum. Thanks!

I had my 02 weighed at a CAT scale. . 7300 lbs (w/ Snugtop Camper Shell & Full of Fuel). With 2 passengers (at 150 lbs ea), I'm at 7600 lbs. Only leaves 1200 lbs before reaching the GVWR of 8800 lbs.

7580 4650FA 2900 Ra

2002 4x4 6sd, No tailgate, no tools, full fuel ( almost ) driver only

10840 loaded, TC ( max ) 4820 6020 Fuel/tools / Water/propane / wife / etc.

An even 8000 lbs. for ours with my wife and I, filled with fuel in main and 50 gallons in-bed tool/fuel box - and all ready to hook up the 5th wheel...

6600# me,and full tank of fuel.

02 LWB 4-2 afe stage 1,magtec ddtrans, pan, autometer z series egt, trans, boost. GDP 392 fuel system weatach elect fuel gauge,Lic plate GOTDZL

My '01 extended cab SB, auto trans is at 6600# with full fuel tank, bedliner, and rolltrex bed cover. I used to move myself (DITY move) when I was still on active duty, which necessitated weighing the truck both empty and full; so this weight was verified +/- a few pounds at certified scales in four different states. I'm surprised that everyone else is weighing in so heavy.

I ran across the scales at the dump last summer and the slip said 11,350 lbs

but the bed was level to the top with concrete. :D my after weight was 7400 lbs with a full tank of fuel.

My 01 with transferflow auxtank/tool box combo full of fuel and tools, onboard air, spray in liner, and all kinds of small random junk = 8200 lbs with me in it. So truck would roll right at 8k without me. These trucks are pigs :-laf Truck + me + 30ft gooseneck flatbed + caterpillar challenger = way way way heavy enough to get all the weight police in the towing forum to threaten my life  Only time I've ever been uncomfortable towing with this truck. Normally i gross about 24K loaded with trailer, this time had to be almost 10k over that

7690# , me, 3/4 tank of fuel, tool boxes and other necessary junk. I also have no rear bumper (roll pan) and sport front bumper. You can gain a few hundred pounds with bumers pretty easy.

Bone stock when I bought the truck. Only had a bug guard on it. Weighed 7k flat. When I had the dually box on, 100gal fuel tank and toolbox, it scaled off at 7920. I wasn't in it either time.

As it sits right now, 7500 with me in it.

well, the twins aren't helping your curb weight...

amazing that a little short bed can weigh so much!

I don't even want to know on mine... tool box full of tools, 130sqft of raam mat sound deadener, disk brakes, 5600 transmission, pipe bumper out back and soon to be pipe bumper up front...

I know it, all the extra's really add up.

Lets see...

Buckstop bumper

Extra turbo and plumbing

Bigger tires

On-board air and tank and air horn

5" exhaust and stacks

Traction bars

Homemade gooseneck hitch (1" plate welded across frame rails)

NV5600 (very heavy)

All the darn electronic boxes and gauges in the cab.

Sound deadener on the back wall of the cab
