Can't the turn signal loudness be adjusted in the Menu?
I think I've seen that option in RVTRKNs Truck. I was to loud for me so I turned it down if i remember correctly.

So, if you leave it on for longer period, another louder chime comes on. You may want to consider hearing aids beyond that.
