2003 - What's going on here...

Vehicle registration tip for older rigs-Save $$$

Lets see ... the Germans sell Saddam the nuke power plant stuff and the French help out in the training of how to run the plant and how to enrich uranium ... and now both of these pricks give us the "your number 1" solute!

I think its about time a US division land back on Normandy and, bring back our hornered dead to a place of horner like Arlington, and leave that ***** hole France for the Frogs ... and pull our troops form Germany ... what the hell are we still doing there anyway!!!!

Its like what I heard someone said today "... I knew that the French made the best women's underware, just didn't know that all the men there wore them also ... "

I wonder who would surrender the fastest... the pansy French, or the Iraqi Republican Guards [again]???:D

Nuke 'em all, and then shoot 'em in the dark!!!

The problem whith the French. They are yellow, and are too use to being concoured by evryone. They like to start fights and let others finish it for them. Germans, well that's another story.

The real story: It is a two fold problem with the Germans and the French. A few years ago the Germans decided to shift their goverment towards a socialistic one. They decided to spend money on programs for the people and divert a lot of money from their military budget. I hear they spend less than 1% of their budget on the military. They just plain cannot afford to fight in a war. They want to side with the U. S. in the beginning to make themselfs look good but are not able to do anything else. They asked for assistance from the U. S. to help us fight with them. Bush told them that we didnt need them. That offended them. Now their feelings are hurt. Now that the U. S. is the only major military left in the world, I guess they are feeling a little intimidated. Oh, did I mention that the French Government is gutless, and that their Leaders are bigger Pusses than some people we hear from around here, regularly. The French know that their land has tactical importance to all of Europe and that no matter what they say, the free world will always come to their aide. I have met many French people in my years, and all seem to be arrogant, elitist, Euro trash, snobs.

If all you people figure what this is all about - let me know.

I think it is all about $$.

The attempt of the European Union to 'standardize' their currency and trade is to offset the strong Amercian dollar. Even when we are down, the dollar is still the world's most solid currency. Every Arab in the world wants the American dollar.

When they get it, they can send it to France, Germany, etc. for nuclear reactors and technical assistance.

For it to really be worth anything, the French, Germans, etc. have to trade it for something else, until it eventually is traded for something from the US - if it's going to have real value.

The whole world is trying to beat down the US economy and the control that our wealth wields in this world.

The US does not need to dominate any 2nd, 3rd, or 4th world country. If we want to protect "our national interests" we would be building factories and employing workers to build products made in the USA. When I say build, I don't mean assemble from cheap foreign parts.

We would be using the alternative energy sources that we have available and not be so dependent on foreign oil.

When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter much whether it is a Republican or Democrat in office. They all are doing us a disservice.

I will not protest our current policy to divide this country over Iraq though.

We missed our opportunity at Desert Storm. We can eliminate Saddam without killing thousands of Iraqis. Why is it our job? I know there is no love lost between the brain washed Muslim extremists and us. I will not miss even one of them.

We are not hunting down and eliminating Al Qaeda the way we should. We probably have more enemies in Pakistan than we have in Afghanistan. In the name of international politics, we are coddling the Pakistanis and the Afghans. Someone please tell me how, under the current plan of attack, when we will know we have defeated Al Qaeda? All we hear is that it will take a long time.

I believe the Bible and know why it is important to protect Israel. But why don't we have thousands of troops in Israel? Why aren't our aircraft carriers sitting in the Mediterranean?

In my opinion, a thousand Muslim extremists should die for every person that died at the WTC. When will/would we know we have succeeded?

What good is the UN? What have THEY prevented? When it comes down to it, we will not let them stand in our way.

If it's all about Iraq supporting Al Qaeda and terrorists, guess what. It's with the $$ YOU and I spend at the fuel pump.

I don't have the answer. But I do know that a house divided against itself can not stand. The current Democratic opposition to ANY and EVERY thing a Republican proposes is ridiculous and vice versa!

Is there hope for us to democratize the world? Can we BUY our enemies and make them our friends? Can we beat them into submission?

I could go on but I better quit.

I love America. I'm glad I don't have that job. I'll leave the presidency and vice presidency to the likes of Al and CF.

I heard a good joke about a stadium of french surrendering to a busload of german tourists a while back. :-laf

Wish I could remember the whole thing... ...

Between the two, I think it would be a prety fair horse race, provided their leaders didnt remove all white articles from them. :D

The Legionares are the exception, not the rule. They are a compilation of misfits from around the world. The leaders in that organization are the toughest there are. They do not, however represent the normal French military. I view them more as an Army for hire.

An 'expert' on Fox News this morning reports that the French are using their rhetoric as a bargaining chip for a piece of Iraq 'after' Saddam is removed from power. They have significant investment and probably want more.

A HUGE percentage of FFL's arent french. I forget the number exactly, but it's very high.

Many cant even speak french upon signing up.

The French and Germans can pi$$ off!!! Cut ALL aid, and impose reciprocal trade agreements with the knobs, then see how long it takes to get them to "come around" to our way of thinking.

It is about time to stop coddling the rest of the world, tell NATO and the UN to go pack sand, and get on with life. Think about how many of our domestic problems could be helped with the funding we send all over the world, our involvement in NATO and the UN is a HUGE drain. Our military could be very strong too with the money we WASTE.

What gets my goat is this- The rest of the world was not attacked by the biggest act of cowardice in history, WE WERE. I agree with President Bush- we dont need to stand idly by while these Mid East ba$tards run all over us. I dont agree with everything Bush has done, but I challenge ANYONE to do better with th ehand he has been dealt. I just hate to hear the bleeding hearts here and around the world pleading with us not to go to war. WE WERE ATTACKED ON OUR OWN SOIL!!! By ragheads to boot. All in the name of religion. Saddam has been linked to the terrorists, or better yet, is one himself, and we said we would go after all sponsors of terrorism. We need to do that. Otherwise, we get labelled a bunch of panty waists. Billy Jeff might not have minded as long as he got laid, but he aint in charge anymore. it is not as much a matter of revenge, but an insurance we never endure this type of trajedy again. WE need to send a clear message to the world: The best and strongest nation in the world is NOT a bunch of cowards, we will not stand for being attacked without retalliation. I fell sorry for the misguided souls who dont want us to stand up for ourselves.

It's always about the $$$. Seems like I heard France gets a lot of their oil from there. They also may be a little shy for the rest of the world to find out where Saddam got some of his technology.

Thats what it is, at least with the Germans:

in my humble opinion, anyway.

Fact A: Not "the" Germans, but by a margin of roughly 8,000 votes have the socialist/environmentalists made it in the last election, so it's a very, very close margin, given a population of 80,000,000.

Fact B: They have made it by successfully using and exploiting every niche conceivable, one is creating a madman image for George W. They didn't shy away from pi$$ing at our closest ally for fifty years.

So, it is all about staying in office for a few lefties and treehuggers.

The way the economy is hurting over here, you could bring about change very easily: stop buying German cars. Once the manufacturers start laying off in sizeable numbers over here, at least the union - run socialists will come around in a hurry.

As for myself and many I know, public opinion you get to see through the media and what we think is not all the same.

Personally, I think it is embarrassing to let you guys do it alone, since you (at least your parents) have shed blood so we can voice our opinions freely today.

Second, looking at Saddams track record in dealing with his own people, I think it is a commendable and humanitarian service to remove him from office, even if it's only a side effect and really is about oil.

Third, if it really is about oil, I rather have it unter US control than Saddam Husseins to use it as a strategic weapon against us all.

Good job Rob. It is not the people in Germany, but the Socialist Government. I can not say the same for the French. I see some major back peddling in the near future, for the French, and the Germans. I dont think they will want to be alligning themselves against the U. S. and Britain. War is now a certainty, and the Socialistic parties will be wanting their share of Iraq. I dont think it will take them long to reconsider their Iraqi stance.

If I were Bush, I would say" Thanks, but No Thanks. " "You guys were not with us in the beginning, and through all negotiations, so why should we trust you now, and let you join the party. Pound sand. "

Not

The problem with this war against Iraq is not the lack of backing of other countrys. We have enough to take care of Iraq ourselves. It is the case presented against Saddam and Iraq. Our goverment and inspecters still have no hard evidence of WMD, just hearsay and probablys. If the present administration has proof, why not show it? No, some say it would be a security breach, top secret stuff you know? No, I don't think so. It is looking more and more suspicious.

There are more threatening and known backers of terror in the world today, yet we make no move to remove them. Libya, Iran, N. Korea, and some of our allies. Yet we are going after Iraq. I can give several reasons. One could be oil. One could be the need for a large base for our middle east operations. Another big reason could be that we gave him these weapons of mass destruction during the Iran/Iraq war. And one more could be just a personal vendetta by Bush. All are probable.

Yes, we were attacked on 9/11. So now some would just blindly back a war against anyone in the region( as long as they were ragheads, someone put it). Let the world take care of Iraq, lets go after the real terror backers, he is old news and should be treated as such. We went into Afganastan with clear motives and objectives. This one is way too muttled.

That being said, we will go into Iraq anyway. We will have no problem with taking Iraq. There armys will fall like dominos. This is not the worry, it is the occupation and rebuilding of Iraq, Afganastan, and the other nations we take that worrys me. It will slowly pull our nation down, by spirit, and by economy. We will be seen in a different light by the world, not as brave, but cowardly, the big world power attacking third world nations, without being threatened. All the chestpounding in the world will not change this fact. We have our foot on Saddams neck now, why not let someone else finnish him off. While we go after the real threats. Maybe Bush hasn't the cohones to do it?:(

Whatever problems our President may or may not have, lack of courage (or cojones, if you wish) is not one of them.

We don't have to find WMD, it's on them to prove they destroyed the ones they had in 91, they haven't done that and it puts them in material breach. It's my understanding that's all it takes. They are not in compliance with the accords they signed in 91, why is that so hard to understand?

CF, go pound sand. It wouldnt matter what the inspectors found, as long as Bush is in office, you will be against everything he does and says. The war isnt evidence of WMD, it is the violations of treaties, and the hiding of his WMD. Havent you listened to anything that has been said by anyone. Even Blix today has listed the unaccounted WMD, and that Iraq is being evasive and refuses to disclose information about their WMD. WAKE UP and smell the crap you are saying. Even the leftist German, Blix , has made the case for war. You want evidence, well listen to the news the next week. AM radio might educate you some. They are not full of the liberal Socialist Leftists like you see on television, FOX NEWS excluded.

As far as other countries being worse, there are, but first ones first. You cannot fight everyone at once.

As far as Saddam being old news, well he isnt. He was just ignored by your Communist And Chief, President Clinton, and her husband Bill. Old had is you and your rhetoric, about thirty years too old. The peacenic stuff is worn out, and didnt work. It just turned some good american soldiers into people like you, .

As far as you thinking we will be picking on a poor third world country, well, the country isnt poor. The people are, thanks to the pillaging by Saddam, and the destruction of entire villages.

I will end this by hoping, and praying that you go over to Iraq and join the Human shield, within the week. Hold all their hands, Kiss Saddams feet, Curse the U. S. , and kiss your pinko butt goodby. Bombs Away. :--) Oh, take Danny Glover and The Klintons with you.
