Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What power steering fluid?

Just got a new to me 97 automatic 3500 2wd. No owners manual or any other info with it. What do you fill the p/s res with? ATF or power steering fluid, and if so, what kind? The cap just says to use approved fluid. Thanks for the help.

P. S. anyone have an extra owners manual for sale?

Power Steering fluid. Synthetic would be the best but regular will do.
