Will the addition of a torque converter and new valve body
help make my truck FASTER off the line, or STRONGER pulling
thousands of pounds of stuff up a hill, both or neither,
or just make my transmission more able to withstand the abuse of a
chip, injectors, 4" exhaust, etc.

Need your advice and opinions... .....

PS: Since I never haul anything, guess what I'm hoping for... ... .

You will get up to speed quicker and have more power to the ground when the TC is not locked. With the TC locked you will have the same power.
