What year did the intercooler come in?

What year did Dodge put the intercooler on the Cummins motor? Anyone know?

Also, is the Getrag 5 speed found on the 1993's agood transmission?

90/91 for the intercooler.

The intercooler, along with a number of other changes, was added during the 1991 model year (1991. 5).

The Get Rag does not not have a good rep, but I,ve never had any problems with mine (knock on wood) #ad
I've heard many classic stories of "the get rag got ragged" though. I geuss it all depends on how much you rip!
