In layman's terms I'm a Generator Operator/Diesel Mechanic.

Right now I work on the Enterprise Diesels in Cheyenne Mountain. In three months, I'll be working on Cummins/Onan units at Charleston AFB, SC.

Work for the Federal Government and also on the swat team for them, but we don't use the word swat. Politically correct is what I am told to be. Play with old tractors and cattle for fun.
 
Right now I am a contract Pilot, I fly for some guys in Wichita, Ks. I am currently working on my CFI (flight instructor) license, so I can teach! Loving every minute of it!

Well, I am in the same boat as K_Arts and mikel. I'm a computer systems administrator for a very well known computer chip maker. I used to manage the worlds largest single site installation of IBM's SP parallel computer systems (remember Gary Kasparov playing against "deep blue" a few years ago? same systems but lots more of 'em). I'm a Unix weenie if that means anything to ya, and if it does, you must be a real computer geek #ad

Been working for Boeing for 14 years. 10 as a a heavy structure mech. /plumber/rigger/electrician and the last 4 as a flightline certification instructor.

I'm a Wide Area Network engineer, and provide third level support and network maintenance/design for a big 'ol Frame Relay and ATM Network. Lot's of Unix in my life too. Anything to pay for that CTD!
 
I am the shop supervisor at a national LTL trucking company. (16 years) Our shop has 35 fulltime mechanics and the fleet is 100% Cummins powered.

I spend my free time here on the TDR board because I like the PEOPLE. New and better engines will come and go, it's the owners that "live" here that I enjoy the most. Thank You Gentlemen.
 
I am an Automotive Technology Service Instructor(teacher) at an applied technology center and a part time gunsmith at home.
 
Spent 26 years as an RCMP officer and the last ten years as a school bus driver and hobby farmer. Going to retire from that at the end of June. Hobbies are restoring vintage cars, tractors and other antiques.
 
Army Captain on active duty as a Network Administrator with the Texas National Guard. I work in the Network Operations Center surrounded by over 60 servers.

Neat posts. Interesting occupations.

I've done mostly remote controls. From Jet powered Drones to Locomotives. Do mostly Concrete pumps and Cranes today.

Love getting my hands dirty. Favorite of the month is pushing dirt around with my Kubota.

I'll decide what I really want to do when I grow up some day.
