Tool maker for one of the largest companies in the US we are currently doing hot test stands for the new overhead cam diesel going to england also we are building 10 engine dynos for Perkins diesel the coolest one this year is a complete engine assy. machine for mercury marine with a hot test its a in line 6cyl. that is supercharged to put out 380hp's (put that on the back of your nitro bass boat) I also am the shop tig welder later, Aaron
 
Computer Tech for a school district 10/12 months.

Heavy Equipment Operator / Wildland Firefighter / Truck Driver 2/12 months.
 
Recovery Agent

I own a auto recovery business, when you are a little too late on your car payments it me that pays you a visit in the middle of the night. I back the big cummins in to the drivway and make off with the car. Was a wage slave for years and could never do that again!!
 
Firefighter, Lawn care company owner/operator, welder and all round goof off. Can't hardly make a living as a civil servant:mad: So you have to diversify!



Oh, well what can you do. If dragon-slaying is in your blood it's just an itch ya gotta' scratch!:D :cool:

Guvm'nt accountant - for the Circuit Court that previously brought you the John and Lorena Bobbit trials (I've got the knife on a desk in our evidence vault) and has the John Muhammad (the older Beltway sniper) trial coming this fall. It's gonna get fun around here - we'll be knee deep in reporters.
 
I went to Universal Technical Institue for Auto/Diesel Technician. Graduated in the top part of my class and got acccepted into Mercedes-Benz school. I went to a VERY difficult and intense program for 4 months for Benz. I've been turnin Wrenches for a Benz dealership in MN for 3 years now. Belive it or not... . Lovin every min of it!:--)
 
The Law!!

I am a Lieutenant with the local Sheriff's Office. Right now, I am incharge of Process, Civil Process, Court and Building security. Its a j-o-b. . Retirement in 4 years and 11 months!!

I watch what goes in and out of a CheckPoint Firewall on an 88Mb Internet connection for a large Health Care Organization.



So when people say "what do you do?" and I say "play with the internet all day" I mean it.



99% boredom, 1% terror (thats when the firewall goes down)
 
Another first I suppose

8 Years Crew chief/ Flight Engineer on UH-1H/V and CH-47D/MH-47E's in the Army

3 Years Senior Flight Engineer Instructor on CH-47D's for DOD

Last 2 years Biomedical Technician (fix hospital equipment like x-ray and CT scanners) in the Air Force

Currently - working on home business (unemployed :-laf ) finishing Bachelor's Degree in IT, and still in the Air National Guard.

Plant metallurgical engineer at a large open pit gold mine. Basically get to deal with the processing and accounting of blasted ore containing micron sized gold particles through to final pouring of 60 lb ($350,000) gold bars in an environmentally safe manner.
 
We certainly have a well educated and diverse group of members. It's very interesting noting the employment of the people that drive big old Dodge CTD's.
 
I used to borrow my dads 1/2 ton Chevy to haul a car hauler, tools, compressor, jacks, tires, radiators, etc for an occasional demo derby or Enduro race. I felt bad knowing fully well that I'm overloading the **** out of that truck. So I got a good deal on my 1-ton. Now if I overload it, I'm in BIG TROUBLE!
