Well, bad went to worse, and I may well have to sell off my baby. The next week will make the decision on what happens.
Kelly Blue Book, and NADA show the truck in stock form plus a few extras (bed liner, running boards, radio) between $25k and $27k as private party values.
I need honest estimates for the truck with everything listed below. I will probably try to sell it here with everything for a few weeks, then return it to OEM, and sell off the goodies separately.
2002 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW ETH/DEE (245hp High Output engine/6 speed manual transmission), 4wd, Bright white, Quad cab ST model, 47000 miles with:
Cruise control
Tilt steering
A/C
Cloth seats
Vinyl floor
Sliding/split rear window
Privacy glass in rear
Aftermarket Modifications:
Spray in bedliner
Under back seat organizer
Gooseneck hitch
Stage II 80hp injectors
South Bend Con OFE clutch
2wd Low range option
AFE air intake with outerwear
Garden hose LP relocation
Stock exhaust with muffler removed
Firestone air springs in the rear
Full length diamond plate running boards
Snow Performance Water/Methanol injection

Two radios (Sony w/XP availability, tape deck,
Multi CD control, Sony X-plode tape and multi CD control

Performance Edge EZ with in cab adjustability (all three settings, and an on-off option)
US-Gear SD Exhaust brake with clutch as well as throttle activation, and secondary operation via
thumb switch on the “T” handle on the shifter.
Issopro EV - Boost, Pryo, and Fuel pressure gauges
Secondary PDC from a Plymouth (?) for all aftermarket lights and other electrical items
Two sets of reverse lights, one under the cab, the other in the rear.
Husky in bed diamond plate tool box – flush with bed rails
2 sets of tires – OEM Michelins with 50% mileage left, Futura Dakota (Cooper) M/S. Both are 235/85
All removed stock items are still in my possession – Air box, Fuel system, injectors, clutch assembly w/75% life, shifter knobs, radio/cassette, muffler.
Warranty issues;
2 lift pumps (36k & 39k)
1 VP44 (39k)
Turbo (44k – failed exhaust gasket)
Other problems;
Mild intermittent surging
