What's it worth???

I might be aquiring a very ugly early 70's power wagon, and all I want is the dually flares (one is cracked). It is a 2x4 and has a Dana 60 dually rear and a full set of rims. Anyone know what the rear end and rims are generally worth? Don't know the gear ratio yet. If I can make back the initial $ I'll do it, otherwise I might not pick it up.
