My right front hub went bad last year & I replaced it with one from Advance Auto. I was pulling a 36ft camper to the mountains [Big Bear Lake] for a friend & felt a very small vibration, like a brake rotor was warped. I stopped on the way home & bought new rotors & pads thinking "quick fix". I jacked the front of the truck up & saw the wheel move... . sure enough the right front hub was bad again. I take the brake caliper off & the axle nut... . to my surprise the hub falls off the truck, but the 4 bolt flange is still bolted in place. It just fell in pieces... . could have been very bad! I have never had one just fall off the truck before... . kinda scary! I called my buddy at Napa & got one for $176 off the shelf. Just thought I'd let you guys know my experience with Advance hub bearing. Happen to you?

Havn't had a hub go out like that, but I just replaced all 4 of my ball joints and pass. side tierod end about 3,000miles ago, and its all shot already. Got that stuff from napa.

Wow, thats scary! Was there a brand name on the box?

I wish my originals would have came out that easy... I had to beat, pull, press, bang, wedge, airhammer, use a 10 lb sledge, and finally a torch to get my old ones off just to be able to get my front diff out.
