What brand wheel can I get to fit my 99 auto (2 wd) in a 15" diameter so I can run a slick.

I don't think you're going to fit a 15" around the rear drum.

I don't know for sure if 15" rims would fit,I use 16" rims for my slicks. I know Stockton makes 15" eight lugs that is all.
