Where can I get a louvered tailgate??

Everyplace I have looked seems to only have 94 and up. Does anybody know who still makes one for our 1st gens??

Try Tractor Supply. I almost bought one from them last year. Spoke directly with the mfg, they build one from round SS tubing, sounded like a nice unit, but almost $300. I was looking for an alternative to spending over $200 for new guts for my OEM tailgate, so I'm still on the fence and running sans tailgate at the moment.

A company here in KS may make one. They used to be located in Argonia, KS. The company was called J-Mac and made anodized aluminum accessories. Production was moved to a larger town nearby and I think that the name of the company changed. I did a search on "J-Mac" and came up with some on-line vendors. One was www.not-just-parts.com. I don't know whether they make one for our older trucks.

I have a louvered 1Gen tailgate that I'm not using. May be a bit closer to you in Central Missouri. I don't remember if it's a 5th wheel gate or stock style as I have both.
