Where Do I Get A Manual?

I was wondering where I might find a manual for my '92 D350. The local dealerships around here don't know much about how to do a national search for parts, so I'm wondering where else I should go. Any ideas or suggestions?

Sure it for a 93, but this is the only year that has the getrag stuff in it.
