If you want to do the MAP sensor go for it, but you are going to need a special socket to get it out and put it back without risk of damaging it. You can get the socket at Napa or from Snap-On, or even from the dealer. I have never cleaned the MAP as I have never seen a reason to do so, my IAT was clean as could be so I believe the MAP to be also. In my experience the pressure transducers work just fine when dirty, and a resistive element like the IAT needs to be perfectly clean to work well.
There are some resistive values in the forums somewhere for the IAT at various temperatures. I have them on my laptop, shoot me an email if you can't find them and I will email it next time I boot it.
