Does anybody know where I can get an A Pillar replacement to add some gauges, but the key is that I have keep the driver side handle. My wife is not the tallest person and she needs the handle there to help her get in the truck. Any ideas?

Thanks

Kev

I don't know of any pillar mount that has 3 or 2 holes and keep the handle. I would get running boards and skip the handle to get the gauges. The boards make it easy to get in and out.

To be friendly with your wife, I suggest that you get the SRT-10 single guage A-Pillar mount (with handle) and plug a fuel pressure guage in that hole.

You can always use a pod to mount the other guages in a lower spot.

My work van has the handle on the A-Pillar too. Darn, but I keep grabbing for it when I try to get in my dually, AND, I keep grabbing thin air. ;)

I second the SRT-10 A Pillar but recommend a SPA EGT/Trans Temp dual gauge in that spot to monitor temps.

I went that route and would do it again if I had to replace my truck.

A nice feature is you can select the temp at which you would like the warning lamp to alert her plus you can recall highest readings attained anytime you like in-case she needs a spank!

SRT-10 pillar (with handle) - boost

Column mount (Autometer) - Pyro

I have pictures in my gallery.

I wanted to keep the handle, too.

I am putting in the autometer triple pod that replaces the cubby hole below the hvac controls. I decided I like the handle better than the cubby hole plus the new mount angles all three gauges toward the driver.

There is no way 3 gauges AND the handle will fit on that pillar.

I went with the SRT-10 pillar for one gauge, and a dual pod on the steering column.

I do wish someone would build a pillar like the SRT-10 with two gauges side by side. It would not obstruct vision at all if properly designed.
