Just got a trailer this weekend. Now to do a little fix-up and to get what is needed to start using it.

Where do you like to get stuff - online, mail order , etc?

I live in a small town - not much close that has much or good prices.

Thanks!

Dan

Another good place is RV Wholesalers. I have bought quite a bit from them.

Watch Camping World, everyone on RV Net is complaining about high prices, slow shipping, lost orders, & over charging on their credit cards. Be careful!!!

Good luck & Happy trails!

Hey - thanks for the info about RV.net!!

If they are even half as helpful as TDR - I'll be a ... . happy camper! (sorry - couldn't resist that)

The biggest problem with the vendors listed is that they only ship via UPS and the only service available to AK is 2-day. Extremely expensive compared to USPS. Does anyone know an RV accessory vendor that will ship via US Postal Service?

I think the USPO gets really expensive with big stuff, where Brown is cheaper.

I think this came about years ago when UPS started. It was agreed the USPO would deliver letters, and UPS would deliver packages.

Well, letters have basically died because of email, so the USPO is going after UPS to become profitable again.

I agree that UPS ground is cheaper but we don't have the "ground" option, just 2-day Blue and 1-day Red which are great if you are in a hurry and willing to pay the premium. USPS still has non-priority shipping available.
