driveline shudder!

I'm in the market for a new/used enclosed trailer. Not too big maybe a maximum of 6X12 or so. Single or dual rear axles.

Checked ebay and such and have found a few but does anyone here know of any ther locations to check?

I also don't know who has better quality than others. Any Company I should stay away from?

Oh yeah. Looking for a good price too. How about under $2000?

Always trust you guys , thats why I ask you. ;)

I've heard of guys buying used U-hauls. 12' is the longest and they are pretty rugged. It's not too hard to find a used horse trailer and they have a higher roof than a U-haul. Craig

You won't likely find new for under 2k.

If you want to find used deals, do some searches on motorcycle and shifter kart racing sites. Somebody is always anxious to bump up to a larger rig.

Hi Mactruck,

Too bad we are not closer. I have a 6x14 2001 Interstate single axle enclosed with a ramp rear door, side people door, interior light and dual rear loading lights. Interior walls of Interstates are paneled and have heavy wood floors. Has wall and floor tie-down loops. Interior headroom is about 6-3. But head room at loading ramp is about 6-0... I am 6-2 so you I have a few bumps on the noggin

Paid $4200 new, would sell for $3200. .

Just keep looking in your local paper & check ;traderonline

I just got a pretty decent 6x16 w/rampgate (wanted doors)

but he had it advertised for $700. 00 & I offered him $500. 00 cash & he bit,I paid him, hooked up b4 he changed his mind & took off.

I also got a nice 6x12(w/doors)for $1,650. 00 both these are tamdens too.

So keep looking & asking they are out there.

Bob

Mactruck, if you want to view a whole lot full of all types of new trailers, take a drive out to Bolton Motors\Connecticut Trailers. Not sure of the price ranges but there are many sizes and you get a good idea of what is available. I'm looking for a used open\car trailer myself and check out Bargin News.com on occasion, I'll keep an eye out for your needs. Jim G.

RBSOB I'll swing over there soon. They are rather close (about 15 minutes away. I've heard they have some good stock and may consder them.
