Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Which 3k gsk?

I have some questions about the 3k governor spring kit. First of all, where did everybody buy their's? Also do you all think that a 3k gsk is an appropriate mod for my truck? This is a work truck that I want to make more suitable for towing and hauling moderately (18,000-25,000 GCVWR) sized loads. Any opinions will be much appreciated.

TST products is a great place to get the kit, and it sounds like it would work well for what you want to do.

TST is where I got mine from and (even) on a stock truck being able to pull through past 2,200 rpms is quite an improvement

18k to 25k is a moderate load? You will love the 3k results for pulling.

Thanks for the replies. 18-25 is about my limit but i just wanted to clarify b/c some people really work their truck. You read some pretty amazing stuff. What about citydiesel.net's springs? They're a little cheaper than TST.
