UPDATE... .
Well, have done 2 trips with my new rebuild and I push about 400 hp and tow 15K 5th wheel.
Block is doing great and the power is good... over 1100 miles to the same plave revealed about . 2 mpg difference while towin..... Now this is still breaking in and I don't have syn oil in yet and I am getting 10 mpg towing. !! figured by hand... .
So the mexican blocks with the small numbers on the side are pretty tough. .
