Alright guys which name brand is best bang for the buck. I've been pricing the AFE, Quadzilla, and K+N. My Buddy is real happy with his AFE on his 06. Where is a good place to look and what kind of prices have you spent on you setups ?

I am really happy with my afe stage 1 I have I paid 238 for it and it is now five years old and still does its job and holds up to cleaning well.

As far as filters I think you should research AMSOIL (you will be amazed). There are several independent studies out there on air filtration. It is the only air filter / oil filter I will run in my truck.

Amsoil drop-in?

On my '99 I finally settled on a Amsoil drop-in for my stockbox. Worked fine.

I recently went to the Amsoil as well since it's a dry cleanable unit. I used to run the BHAF but got tired of the price and couldn't clean them. Before that I ran a K&N drop-in but have since learned better. I built my own air induction system as seen on my mods page below.
