Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) which way do you adjust wastegate for less boost on an HX40?

I am going to adjust this turbo while it is off tomorrow, and need to shave about 9-10 psi's so I dont blow it! do you lengthen the arm, or shorten it for less max boost PSI????

Lengthen the rod Chris, put some shop air on it before and see were it's opening at and go from there, if you get it wrong then just go back the other way.
