I have planned to go with a K31 or similar turbo, though just for the heck of it I figured I'd post this. . I have a PS62-14 on it right now. . I want 800 plus hp. My dual pumps kit should be here any day, and now I need more air. . If anyone knows where I can pick up a kit without spending a ton of cash, please let me know. . Vendors, please feel free to PM me. . The truck is trapping over 111 mph right now with the stock CP3. I feel the truck has great potential to go very quick. . Thanks...

By the way, I don't run a battery on the passenger side. I would prefer both turbos to be visible from the top instead of one hidden below. I plan on showing the truck, so I'd like as much bling as possible. . haha. . I know relentless makes one of the more economical kits, and I'm pretty up to date on most of the vendors. . I just haven't pursued a large source of air for my CR's before now. Sorry for asking a question that has been asked for years, though time and vendors are always changing.

i would worry about traction first... ... ... ..... :-laf JK

anyways the twins from II are great for flow, and if you want you can get custom kits made up that are not so pricey

Traction is a problem, though I'll make it up with big mph. . haha. . I have a few plans for the rearend. . Just don't know which one of the three I'll go with. . One... Could change the brakes, and move the springs to the inside frame rails. Then a wide custom wheel would allow a very large tire. Two. . Four link it. . Three. . Move springs to inside, run a strong 9'' with smaller brakes. . For now I'll spin, hold on, and try to hit big mph. . =)

try building one yourself, it gets very pricey very quick. i know that i was surprised, and if you want the bling that is going ot add up also. it is all in how much you are willing to spend.

Have you checked out the Relentless Diesel Arctic Air twins? They seem to be a good alternative for the price, and get some good power out of them.

I have tried several times to get a hold of someone at relentless diesel and have had no luck with a returned call or email , i know that i have sent 6 or more emails in the last 2 months and close to the same in phone calls. Looks like they have a good product and i would like to try it but no one is on the other end to help there#@$%!. so does anyone know of an affordable twin setup where the supplier will actually call you back ?

Your going to need more turbo for 800hp on fuel. The k31 is a great towing and daily driver turbo. Not big enough for 800, not recommended for nitrous. I've been running one for almost 3 years now(and I love it). But when I dyno, I use a larger charger.

Well guys, I ended up ordering a single just a couple hours ago. . It's a GT42 with a T6 flange, and 5'' exhaust to cut down on pressure. . The inducer wheel is a little bigger than the A5000. He said it will be fine running up to 70 pounds of boost. . It also has a one year warranty. . And, I ordered it pretty. . Polished and coated. . haha. . Ron, since the third gen trucks have gotten dual pumps they have posted very large numbers with the 5000. There have been a couple that have dynoed over 800, and one has posted videos backing it up with lower 11's on diesel only. . This is what got me started considering more air. .

K31 as a primary vrs K31 as a single have different hp potentials. A 15% loss is considered a rule of thumb.

RonA,

I have a post in the competition forum about the difference between running a large turbo as a single or running the same one in a twin set (which would be better for top end). It sounds like you know from experience that the twins hp potential is limited by roughly 15% (due to restrictions from the smaller turbo). I figured that was the case but wanted to hear from someone with experience.
