I have a DTT in mine.....
No problems running modules by themselves.....
running a Bullydog on as little as performance (but especially Crazy Larry) makes the transmission hiccup. Its like it wants to go to the next gear but stays in in 2nd. Only happens under light throttle in traffic..... its just an instant and fixes itself immediately... . but annoying.
running a Smarty on my truck, it was horrible. 2 3 2 3 or something like that... . it was BAD. sometimes it would get so confused it wouldn't go into a gear! Pulled the Smarty, no problems. (i had other Smarty issues too)
Edge Juice or TST or the MP8... . transmission shifts fine with just modules but messes up with programmers... i'm assuming this is because of the programmer jacking with sensors.
Myself, like Diesel Nut, was shifting manually in town running Crazy Larry... but that became too much fun... punch it and it would spin in 1st and then spin 'em again in 2nd and then hit D and floor it again and break them loose again... . that was too much fun plus my passengers didn't like the rollercoaster ride... .
Looking back now i wish i would have bought a 6 speed, bought a dual disk, and been done with it. Full billet trannies are too much $$$$
