Who has a, "matched set," of RV275's they like to sell?

Howdy,



I'm looking to add a set of RV275's and a box to my truck. That's as far as my bombing will go. I'd like to find some used ones if possible. I'll pay a fair price, but I really want a matched set. I also would like to have the original boxing the injectors came in, if possible. How can I verify the injectors are a matched set?

I had this arguement a while back... the 275s are matched... but only to 11 percent. The DD injectors are matched to 1 1/2 percent.



You might call some local injection shops and see if they will help you match them up a bit better with pop-off pressures or something... I think some shops can do it for about 10-15 dollars per injector.

I just sold my 275s. As far as matching them, I don't know of anyone selling matched RV injectors. I can say that mine were very smooth both at idle and when accelerating. I loved them.

My 275s will be for sale within the week as I have upgraded to DD11s. A good diesel shop here in Lawton said he would match them for $10. 00 a piece, most likely the same in other places. These have approx. 15,000 miles of trouble free service. E-mail me for cheap price if anyone is interested.

JRE has matched injectors

JRE sells them matched , but you pay a premium for them . i really doubt you'll notice the difference between a matched set and a std out of the box set , but to each his own .

I tryed to help out this new guy and sell him my EZ. He told me he did not care if it was only a month old he could buy a new for $500 and a used one was only worth half that . Just what I get for trying to help out the guy. . Sam.

My DD 3's have a much smoother idle than my 'matched' 215 hp BD injectors ever did.

I just ordered the DD11s yesterday and the truck won't be out of the bodyshop till next week(Hail damage). I'll report on the difference in the two when I install them.

DAWG1 has totally taken what I emailed to him out of context. I told him that I could buy a brand new one for $495 + $15 shipping. Here's my exact email to him:





"Well I'll tell you what, I'm willing to negotiate with you. But I'm not gonna give you $500 for a used one, regardless of how little used it is. Heck I'll go ahead and tell you this, I can get a brand spanking new one for $510 including shipping. Actually, what the guy's is doing is selling it to me for $495 and adding in $15 for shipping.



If you find anybody else that'll pay $500 for yours, then sell it to them.



I'll have to stick to $250 (for now). How much are you willing to deal? I mean, you could get rid of that thing pretty quick if you wanted to negotiate down from $500. "





I never told him his EZ wasn't worth but half of $500. I just said I wouldn't pay $500 for a used one, simple as that. Heck, I even told him he should sell it to someone else if they'll give him $500 bucks for it.



Then he gets on here and tries to flame me! WHO SHOULD BE CAREFUL OF WHO?



I don't think my email to him was harsh or degrading in any way? What's up with you DAWG-1? That's why I say you should watch out for him. Because he's flamed me on my own post for no good reason!

Um even if it is used it ain't gonna go for nowhere near $250... if you buy one for that you got a heckuva deal. Lowest I ahve seen used is $450. . and its worth a different amount to different people.

Dawg - I'm not sure what your talking about, I'm not sure you know either.



The sentence you said I left out is clearly in my previous post. And you can note, that I haven't edited that post.



And my 1st email. I can EXPECT all I want to. Most everybody expects something. I didn't say your EZ was worth more or less than half, I just said I would EXPECT to pay no more than half. I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to expect whatever I want to. Do you have some point, other than trying to de-fuel your flaming? I'm not seeing it. You claim your not flaming, but look at what your subject was, "BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE... ... "



How I deal, its called fairly. Most people are reasonable enough to expect they can't buy something new and turn around and get full price for it after its been used. I'm being fair. If you don't want to sell it for less than $500, that's fine. Maybe somebody'll buy it for that. I didn't say there was anything wrong with that. What's not fair about that? Hey, I'll even help.



Anybody wanna buy Dog's EZ for $500?

Simply put, nobody is ever-ever-ever going to sell an EZ for $250, at least not for quite a long time. I also have to point out, DAWG didn't mention anyones name in his first post, and I think it was a cheap shot to flame the guy for him asking a fair price for his EZ.



This is just like saying, I found a local dealer that is selling new Rams for $29,000... so should I only be able to ask $14,500 for my used and perfect 6spd rig?
