Yes, "Airplane" was a classic!
Can't forget the Mel Brooks movies (remember the "bean scene" in "Blazing Saddles"?). I liked "High Anxiety" the most, with its spoofs of Alfred Hitchcock movies.
Others I liked were "Tommy Boy", "So I Married an Axe Murderer", "A Fish Called Wanda", and the early 60's classic, "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World". Oh, I forgot "This is Spinal Tap" and those "Police Squad" movies with Leslie Nielsen.
There's something about those English accents on the Monty Python movies that just sends me over the edge. I used to love to watch the Benny Hill Show, too.

I have never really watch Monty Python. A guy at work said 'History of the World' part 1 & 2 are GREAT.

Good Comedy movies are few & far between. Similar to Horror movies. #ad

In "The Gods Must Be Crazy", I liked the scene where he picked up the school teacher, and he had to stop on a hill to open a gate. The Landrover had no brakes and it began to roll backwards down the hill and then up the opposite side. The teacher panicked, and he said, "Don't worry, miss Tompkins! It'll come back!"
Or how about when he used the winch to get the Landrover out of the river, and then forgot about it. It ended up hanging from a tree.

In part II the guy is being chased by an Ostridge thru tall grass. He's on his hands and knees and comes face to face with a Cheeta. I died laughing at that one. #ad


How about when the poacher has a gun on the bushman. He doesn't understand what it is, and just takes it from the poachers hand. #ad
