Who Makes Super Tech Oil Filters?

OK, most people say that Wal-Mart (Super Tech) oil is made by Quaker State (I still contend that it's Havoline) but who makes Super Tech oil filters? Purolator? STP? Fram?



Anyone got any insider information on this? Anybody used them (on anything) and had any problems? I used one on my little commuter car and I guess it's ok - never would use one on my diesel though.

I believe Champion Labs does. According to the guys at this site, It's a darn good filter for the money.
