It was a long day today... .



Went to IRP to spectate for a while, then I headed down to TAMPICO!! The super bowl of truck pulls.



The guy that beat me in the pull off was my team mate Bryan Prewitt out of Seymour, Indiana.

Anything worthwhile going on at IRP ? Seems not too many updating those of us that didn't make it for some reason. How's the weather?

IRP was ok. It seemed like the turnout was a little off but who knows.

Plenty of people in the stands though for the truck pull.



The recent rain made the track crappy along with the track I pulled at tonight.

I need bigger tires, or bump up the timing, but I am afraid if I bump the timing I won't be able to light the charger, I had somebody tell me that it took 40 secs for me to light the charger. I think I need to give her a few more RPM too, or more fuel, maybe both, It looked like I might be hitting the governor, but I would like to check some more video out. If you could post it now it would be great, I am trying to located some freeze plugs and debating whether to try to piece it together and hook today, or just save it for another day. I don't see being in the payout today so unless I just want to work on some tuning. If you could post it NOW that would be great I am at a high speed connection right now.

what are the sparks from in the first video? clutch?



I would guess 600-700 hp, but thats just me.

The sparks are from slipping the clutch trying to get it lit up in 5th gear!

Tracy Moore had a good run.



I didnt catch most of the pulls because 5th gear finally took its toll on my clutch. I moved about 2'.

Well it will be rebuilt but with fe pucks and a higher plate load.
