Here is my little old pride and joy with 1,800 original miles, 1500 of which were put on by yours truly. Everything is original on this bug including the paint, tires etc etc and it runs and looks like the day it came out of the factory. PS, any guessers on what year it is :-laf

well since it's a standard Beetle, flat windshield, round taillights, single exhaust, so it fuel injection, it's either 75>77...

My latest project 1956 Vw I got from the original owner. Doing a body off resto. Pan back on the ground on four wheels, dropped front spindles, front disc brakes, narrowed beam, bigger type 3 brakes on the back. Body work in progress... Medium sized turbo motor planned, the ultimate sleeper when done!

Right now in the garage sits a 72 Cutty convertible, triple white, 350 4bbl, 161xxx miles and in great shape. Was my father-in-law's until he passed away last summer. (See my readers rigs section) Prior to this car, I had a 66 Dart 4dr /6. The project before that was a 48 CJ2a. Only enough room around my place for one old car at a time!

Well I have a few old relics in my possession. None of the following vehicles have been restored but run to an extent:

1940 Buick Special with 248 inline-8

1950 Chevy 2-door sedan with stovebolt 6

1962 Olds F-85 with the little 215 V8

1962 Pontiac Catalina with 389

1968 Mercury Cougar that was my daily driver for several years and still gets driven as a backup vehicle

A pic of the Buick. . . just got it off eBay, still need to get it home :)

My car is a collectible but is not classis... yet.

2003 50th Anniversary Z06 Corvette. If history is any indicator it will eventually be a very sought after model.

I wish I had a 50th anny vette. My mom's is a 25th anny edition and one day I will have a 50th to go along w/hers, when I inherit it of course ;)

Vaughn I like the Buick, maybe I'm just weird or something, but I really enjoy the older, less common cars!

I had an SD but sold it last summer. This is a non SD TA I still have. It has 40K miles on it. Mostly stock.
