will any nv4500 fit my 92 ??

ok guys , i know i need the bellhouseing converison ! can somebody please tell me , will all nv4500 from any year ctd fit my truck ? I have the 205 xcase , thanks loco !

I think if it came from a truck w/a CTD you should be good to go,but one thing that i'm pretty sure that has to be modified is the length of the throwout bearing retainer (shortened).

I was under the impresssion that you need an adaptor bellhousing?

There are two different NV4500's that were in Dodge pickups. A NV4500-HD and a NV4500. Only the NV4500-HD will work and it came behind the CTD. The NV4500 came behind the gas motors and will not work. Trust me I have a NV4500 sitting on my garage floor that I can not use.

I was reading at the Advance Adapters site last night and they have an adapter for this conversion.
