Window regulator

A while back somebody posted about lubing our power window regulators, and what was the best lube. Now I can;t find the post. Does anyone remember what the best lube was?

i dont remember the the thread, but i use Pro-long lube. it works wonders. and took all the sqeeks away from the door hinges as well.
