Wiper Motor Failure

I hopped into my truck this morning in a rain storm and my wipers wouldn't work... except if I use the windshield washer switch. The wipers work when I clean my windshield but nothing otherwise. I have had no problems before this. Any Ideas??

Thanks. . i'm going to have to book my truck in, I haven't heard many pleasant thoughts about the TIPM.

Is is my multifunction switch. My dealer says this is a common problem... . should be a recall for this.
