This winter, my VA box started to act up intermittently after 10 months of service.
I called BD and Vic offerred to replace it, no questions asked. The new box is better sealed, using rubber instead of cork. Makes my truck go like snot, and brings out the best in the 275's and PE. My hat is off to
BD for excellent customer service and product support.

GWS, Piers went the extra mile (and then some) to replace my old style (defective when damp) Plug-N-Play (i. e. , VA CPC). I've always had EXTREMELY GOOD customer service from every BD EMPLOYEE (sorry Brian you need work in this department... try learning this from Piers... you will find a judgement call favoring the customer will pay off big time for your company).

I know one thing, if I owned a company I would do anything to keep an employee like Piers happy ! They don't come any better!

I agree 100%. Top notch service & tech support from BD Power. I bought an ATS Exhaust Pulse manifold during their group purchase. Piers took the manifold home with him for the weekend and drilled & tapped it for my pyrometer. NO extra Charge!

Hemi, that's just the kind of thing I'm talking about... customer service provided just like a helpful close friend would. All #ad

Piers attended the last NW BOMBer get together and while there worked on three different 12v Rams, optimizing their P pumps... for free. I would have figured that a special guest such as Piers would just kick back and enjoy the day and the people (which BTW he also did).

I would have never got as far as I have on my truck without the help of Piers.
BD-Powers warranty department is second to none. Hats off to both.

I also agree. I have alot of BD "gear" on my truck (thanks again to Chris T. and Mike at Auto Wurks Diesel !)and the products that they sell are top notch.

I live close enough to BD that I have made several trips up to see them. I am running most of the goodies they sell and am completely satisfied with all of them. Brian has a great bunch of guys working for him. As for Piers; what a great guy! He probably has more hours under the hood of my truck than I do! My thanks to Brian and Piers for all your help with my truck. Keep up the great work!

Dave, with all the chrome, polished stainless steel and one-off custom made parts under your hood I would doubt Piers has more time under it but I'll bet it's close. #ad
For those of you that have never had the privilege to see Dave's Ram you absolutely would not believe his engine bay. ABSOLUTELY! #ad

Awesome doesn't even begin to describe it.

..... as for Piers' sh*t eating grin, well, that's just Piers... he's always up to something. #ad

..... case in point: Rob (Hanson) and I approached Piers at the April 2000 Dyno Days... Rob wanted to know if he had any of the JUST released upgrade replacement boards for his Blue Chip Blue Box (previously purchased from BD)... you're never gonna believe what happened next!... he pulls one right out of his jacket pocket! Heck, even David Copperfield couldn't have done any better. That was the first time a noticed Piers' "patented" grin.

I concur - Piers was up to snuff when I contacted him from Quartzite with a problem VA box. He directed me to a Yuma, AR BD distributor and they exchanged the box with no questions asked. Thanks, Piers. I have to add a thank you to Bill K. of DTT who pointed me in the right direction after the VA "burped" and caused me great concern 'cause I didn't know what was what at the time.

Altho I've been a TDR member for about 1 1/2 years this is my first post. Learned an awful lot here and look to learning a lot more.
