The ones on the hill(top) would do best to heal and calm of the world fear, if they would simpley state WE know and have proof and warrants for past deeds, & those giving safe haven to said terroist leaders and top close aids will pay dear'ly if they are not handed over (UN- harmed ), also too be included ,a complete list of chain of command ,surpporters ,after a verfication the person will be handed 10,mil(leader)2 mil (for each top chainmember turned over) may cost a few billion--but cheap and less lose of life (both-sides). . Lets look in the past history when cornored what did Hitler do and what will they do if in a war state just before the end???sue-a side,,,,,,
just because some one wares a towell around there head Dos'nt make them guilty!!!!! Shame on us if we don't check them out before handing over the cash,also the country(turning them over with back up proof) would get 1 billion each quarter ,every year no terrorist activites were not staged from that country,
Get the other nato countrys to kick in 1/3 that amount and these groups will fade into the dust.
What would we do with them once try'ed and proven guilty,8x4 cell 3 sq meals each day no contact with the world,no radio/tv/lights/outside activiets-- on a island prison shark iffested waters that are patroled by nato ,cuffed with lo-jack/removel puff!!! what do we do if there is a med'l emergency??
