Politics are in my blood, having been a president of a large local union for a few years has given me the ability to be tactfully confrontational.

great, that means I am going to have to go to India to race next year.

Unions = :rolleyes:

If I see the words 'PROCESS ENGINEERING' one more time, I'm going to be sick.

If it ran a low 9 in the 1320... that's a good timeslip... no matter what kind of vehicle your building. BUT, when you come across like this... we can't get past your ego to get down to what matters - diesel motorsports.

Turn down the ego a few notches and lets get back on what we are here for.

WORLD'S QUICKEST BEER DRINKER - 12oz @ 1. 89 seconds!!!

I agree completely. Way to much ego for me. I don't care if he outran a top fuel dragster in his pickup. I don't want this guy representing me or any sport i am a part of.

Just my opinion.

Were drag racers not Bonneville racer, in the drag race cycles you use faster as meaning ET. Yes at Bonneville Banks is faster but as for as trucks I’m the quickest. With a 5. 60 @ 123. 87 I cant wait to line up against Scott Benz’s dragster, he is a total class act, and a as dedicated to this as I am. I know he will get faster as time goes on. I know as of right now if mine will back half the track any where close to what it should, and I’m confident It will it should run high 8. 70’s. At a test session this week in the 1/8th I didn’t shift in the 4th gear to see how it would pulled up high and it was still pulling . 56 G’s at 123 mph at the 4800 rpm’s. I know that a lot of you have been racing trucks for a long time and have defied the law’s of physics with these heavy trucks. Jeff Garmon’s truck was able to rotate the earth with diesel torque. In addition, I applaud him for being able to accomplish that, and build a truck for scratch. Now I understand that when I came along, and took a high dollar chassis and motor project, which had never run as fast as Jeff’s truck, and was a total cluster $%%^^&, and inject some competition Eliminator know how in to it, using what you guys would consider a mild street motor to run in the 9 second range, it took away a lot of thunder that was rightfully your. Now lets come to the present, I am totally committed to this project and a future potential sponsor, and have started using my resources and connections, to make the motor as good as the chassis’s. I have started a intense R&D project to take this motor to its full potential. By not being a diesel person, I was not preconceived as to the ideals most diesel guys thought, with the exception of a few forward thinking people. I have use the same resources that go in to a Prostock motor or in Indy car R&D and will get there in the end

You are one cocky b@st@rd!! Get over yourself man!!! To be honest, I don't care where you go in the diesel world. A mild street motor is not impressive. Why don't you just buy a schieds motor that would probably be cheaper for you anyway. You act like it is your truck and you do all of the motor work? Did you build the motor? How the hell are you going to R & D? Do you have an engine dyno or chassis dyno? You say you have tried everything out there? Nice claim man!!! Your always wanting people to go watch you... who cares man!! Why would I want to go watch 1 diesel when I can go to a DHRA event and watch 100 diesels. One other thing... YOU INSULT YOUR INTELLIGENCE W/ YOUR POOR GRAMMAR AND POOR SENTENCE STRUCTURE!! DID YOU GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL??????

I am building my own motors, ever nut and bolt. With a little guidance from Ray Little at Ray-Mac. I o-ring my own heads. Lighten and put valves relief’s in my pistons, degree in my cam’s. I have a engine dyno in route , and a chassiss dyno . my truck is to narrow to fit . only 18 inches between the tires . Moreover, if you do the math a 5. 60 would easily equate to a 8. 85 ¼ mile which would conservatively be well over 800 + hp, and I still haven’t slid a # 10 fuel plate more the half forward. Diesel engines are many time easers to build to this level then working on a pro stock motor and finding power; you should get over what ever it is that troubles you. In the end, like it or not I am going to have my truck on the cover of a few magazines, who we have already shot pictures for. In addition, will be getting press at the races I will be attending. Ad yes I did go to collage, achieving a degree in Geology of petroleum. If you don’t like what I’m doing, come out and do it better, and I’ll see you on the other side of the tree, until you can do that . OH WELL!!!!!

AMEN, I'm glad someone chimed in with this one. Comp, you say you achieve all your goals. I might suggest setting some goals in this area, before you go around talking like you crap sunshine and fart cologne. At least try to sound intelligent. Maybe try proofreading your posts, AND GET OVER YOURSELF!!!

As someone who is graduating in December from college, I can honestly say that I have never had a test in Spelling since middle school. ;)

Thanks god for Spell check!!

Ahhh Comp :rolleyes:

I think you picked the wrong place to try and pump your ego up some more! If that is even possible!! :rolleyes:

For those of you that don't know, Comp has been breaking his arm, patting himself on the back, for a long time!! :{

Check out his posts at AllDieselMotorsports . Most of them are pretty funny!!!! :-laf

Comp, I'll tell you this one more time for what it's worth :confused: If you are trying to get respect from us REAL diesel truck owners, you sure are going about it the wrong way! :eek:

By the way, at my local track, there are plenty of 8,9,and 10 sec "strip only" cars and trucks on a T&T day. But when my daily driven, 8000 lb. diesel work truck with tool box, plow mount and all does low 13's on #2 only, who do you think gets more attention in the cool down lanes! ;) :--) :-laf

I always use spell check, but some times it dosen't always spell the word you intended. can't rag on my truck, so got to find somthing else .

anyone have a 1/4 mile to hp program,

2928 estamated for 1/8 mle 8. 90 to be conservitive ,and Ive run 148 mph on a messed up pass

And your point, when I’m backing up what I say I can do, by running faster then any one else ever has in a diesel truck. And being asked to do doing magazine articles

Am I reading this wrong?

The product that Dr. Performance produces currently is all that I am knowledgeable about.

And a couple of lines later.....

I've dyno everybody's product and know the positive and negatives aspects of every single product in the diesel world.

Here is my take on this FWIW:

9. 21 yes that is fast and impressive in the fact the vehicle was powered by a Cummins. 9. 21 at 3000lbs. and 800HP give or take a little bit personally this does not impress me. 800HP is small number nowdays when discussing non-streetdriven trucks, and it's getting smaller when talking daily drivers. I'm sure in your Process Engineering you will catch up to where some of the other non-streetable trucks have been for a while.

Comp I do applaude your efforts in trying to help the diesel industry.

Comp,

TRUCK is the key word here :confused: I give you all the props in the world for having a fast diesel VEHICLE. But trying to classify it as a truck is a stretch :rolleyes:

Come on, seriously, make an effort already genius. If you can build the world's "fastest"/"quickest" truck, surely you can do better than this.....
