Thought you fellows might enjoy this. It was on the side of the road in a residential area close to my work.

What goes through some peoples minds? I have no idea what they were towing this with. It was literally run into the ground. Even the tongue jack folded up.

I wonder how much fell off before he got to that point.

The way it's stacked it seems almost impossible that all of the load stayed on.

So whats the problem??? just needs a little air and some Slime to patch the tires and away we go. In CA that would have been a stolen trailer or just run it until this happens remove the plates and drive away.

What is that, about 20,000 lbs. of concrete?

The fool who was towing it probably had a 1/2 ton pickup that he figured was heavy duty.

On top of everything else he most likely borrowed the trailer from someone else, family most likely... ... ... ;)

Wouldn't be the first time.....

Wonder if the people that own the property it is abandoned on are now stuck with a trailer load of whatever to deal with????

Wow.

Mike. :)

That is hard to believe that some though that little flat bed could take that load, secured real well too! Four trips and the trailer might have made it... .

Lmao! err... ... It's a nice lawn ornament. Trailer ain't moving anywhere. Just need a little pump and a waterfall on it. I've got a pic as well, it's a overloaded transport trailer, not in that condition like that pic shows. The trailer load of steel I hauled with a tractor weighed 103,000 lbs on top of a tandem axle flat deck with a custom single axle dolly to hitch trailer to tractor.

I wonder how much just one of those slabs weigh? The next question is, how many men did it take to lift it that high? It seems to me that it took several stupid people to accomplish this. I would assume they had to be lifted onto the trailer with a fork lift or crane.

I wonder if they are going to come back with some spares and continue on:-laf if you can, monitor that load for the second chapter.....

Nick

Good question. The same morons who loaded and towed it might come back with a couple of bumper jacks and some wood blocks to put a set of junkyard wheels and tires on.
