Would you consider this overloaded?

What I don't get is that there are no visible drag marks through the grass. There is no way those wheels were turning, especially on the drivers side axle, and it seems to me the ground would be rather torn up from the wheels and front of the trailer. Not to question, just looks staged looking at all the details on the pictures.

I'm telling you guys, it was not staged. It sat there for probably a month or so. It was not a very bright day when I took the pics. I have "zoomed in" as much as I could in the pics below. You can see where the left wheels were dug down into the ground and you can see a trench from the right side wheels or from the frame dragging in the other. It had rained a LOT the week before I took the pics. There were marks on the pavement I did not get pics of. Believe what you will, but if it was staged, someone besides me went to a LOT of trouble.
