i've been trying to build a price a new 04 3500 on dodge's website and it wont let me get the cummins engine. it'll only let me choose between an auto or manual for the Hemi. everything else you are able to pick and choose but not on the engine.



anybody else had this problem?

I checked on this with a Dodge dealer here, and they told me that you cannot order a 2004 with a Cummins till after Nov. 7. I think it has to do with the 04. 5 EGR changeover. Check the 3rd gen threads as it seems that some guys are still able to order through the dealer.



The Dodge RAM website sucks, even on a good day. The brochure for the 2004's is real lame too. Lot's of pictures, but no details.
