I would like to thank Bob and Marco for the great service and help with my Smarty Jr. I received the Smarty 2 days after i ordered it and quickly began to play with it. Didn't take me long to find out something wasn't right. Called Bob and found out that i have a incomplete vin number in the ECM. So he has me email him the vin number and tells me Marco will have a fix for me the next day. Well i got home today (the next day) and i had a email with a file to down load an thanks to my wife i got it all done and in the truck then back to the pc an down load the smarty software thanks to my wife again. I have tried both sw1 and sw2 and am very happy with them the truck runs smoother and seems to have a lower tone to it. I turned the EZ down to level 1 the 40 hp setting an things seem to work well. Hopefully i will see a bit of mileage increase but am happy with the smooth power that the smarty delivers.

I think Bob an Marco have a great product and the best customer service to be had. Thank you both!

I like my Smarty Jr. too. Odly, I seem to get my best towing mileage with it set to SW3 even though I don't use the upper power level at all. Before I bought it I emailed Marco a couple of questions but never got an answer so I don't have much to say about their customer service. The Smarty has worked flawlessly though and I'm glad to be rid of the codes my old TST PowerMax would throw.

I've had mine about a week and after all the normal swtching it around I set in on the economy setting @75% power and default on the Adjustments, I like the way it responds and I like the little bit of black smoke when I shift. Also I was able to change my tire size so now my speedometer is bang on. Also had the chance to clear a DTC after installing my new PacBrake

So, what I say is "Money Well Spent".

Smarty!!!

I chose the Smarty simply for the customer service...

Bob himself answered the phone on a Sunday (long after hours) when I was just expecting a voicemail. I had a few questions about my '09 and compatibility issues with the new boot loader thing. I also took the time to personally thank him for helping out a friend that was in a pickle when his tuner was stolen. https://www.turbodieselregister.com...mission-1998-5-2002/176637-stolen-smarty.html

Bob sent a demo for him to use without hesitation and no guarantee that he wasn't gonna get screwed in the deal. Truth is that you hardly ever see this kind of customer service where a simple handshake still means something.

My hats off to Bob and Marco and will forever give a plug for you guys whenever a chance comes!!

The early Smarty's would set off a CEL in the '07 G-56's. I reported it to Bob and Marco came up with a fix within 48hrs. Bob sent the fix to me and after employing my computer nerd neighbor to update my Smarty, all has been well for 4 1/2 yrs now. :)

I'm wanting to buy a Smarty but I have no clue who Bob or Marco is much less how the hell to get ahold of them. So if you are Bob or Marco and you wanna

Sell a Smarty call or email me 405. 326. 8520 -- email address removed --. id rather spend my money with fellow tdr members who I know o can trust.

On a side note. Anybody with a raptor fuel pump use a Smarty? Do you disconnect the power to your raptor while its programming? If you have this combo I assume you'll know why um asking.

You're Welcome!!

Thanks guy's . Your support is much appreciated.

I'm sure that all of us posting here agree unanimously that we've made the right choice. :D TONS of reading on here and CF made choosing the best tuner as obvious as the nose on my face. :-laf

Thanks again Bob for the awesome customer service and the 100 GRAND® candy bar that came in the case with the tuner (I just happened to have a 'sweet tooth' at the time) and also for helping my friend when he needed it most.

It kinda reminds me of my best times when I'd go to the local hardware store with my grandpa and get a Tootsie POP & an RC Cola just because :)

I got the candy bar also but had to share it with my wife, i didn't mind since she help me get the updates loaded to the smarty :)
