Stacked an Edge EZ w/ My TST...Wow!!!

I'm a little giddy w/ my new found power on my '02. It is wicked fast accelerating and makes smoke like a freight train. Oo. Now, the TST PM3 would smoek 'em pretty good, but stacked w/ the Edge EZ is one bad combo. Best of all, doesn't affect my mileage (believe me, I get the worst mileage on everything I drive).



I was driving on the express way and had someone really tailgating me. I just "stepped" into it a little bit and smoked 'em a couple of times. With all of the folks seeing this, I had a good three to four car lengths maintained behind me the whole time I was on the road. God help me if they ever start checking emissions in TX.

I'm considering stacking my EZ box with a TST but do not know a whole lot about these boxes other than they modify timing/duration. What was your impression of the TST prior to the stack? I assume you have the non-adjustable 60+hp box? thanks
 
I have been running that combo for at least a year and love it. still have the stock head gasket and bolts.
 
I am installing a TST Pm3 currently and plan on trying to stack it with my Comp untapped(basically an EZ) hope it works as good as your guys!

I have a PM3 Adjustable: I had dynoed w/ just the TST to get the 398. 5 HP. Now, it is way stronger on the low end. I going to May Madness and plan to dyno it out there. I'll o[ost new numbers then. I think you'll be happy w/ the combo.

I just got my TST PM3/Comp(untapped) stack done. I didn't get it together in time for MCS' dyno today, but took a few test runs from exit to exit on Hwy 55 I must say its sweet! Even got alittle action from a WS6 TA! He got off the hwy before it could fully escalate, but I was pulling ahead in that first 1/8th mile! I know he would of had me eventually, lets face it, he has alot more top end then I do past 110MPH. I'm looking forward to taking it back to MCS and comparing to the Comp box, but I might just wait till april 28th and take it over to Ill. Anyway, just thought I would let everyone share in my new found joy.



PS. Anybody have some bigger injectors they can give me now? My 60HP just aren't cutting it anymore

I have stock clutch w/ 92K miles, DDII injectors, Piers modified HX35 w/ 14" housing. i modified the the truck right on the dealership backlot as part of the deal to transfer everything (4" exhaust, injectors, TST, grillguard, bumpers, Scotty, gauges) as part of the trade in deal.



I bought a Con OFE clutch right after I bought the truck new in 02 thinking the stock one wouldn't last. I'm still waiting for the need to install it. I did ruin a pinion seal once. I tow a 17K lb 5th wheel and have to manage the EGTsby driving more by the EGT gauge than the speedometer. I have to admit once right after I stacked the Edge, I spun the clutch hitting a little to hard into third gear.

I saw a guy dyno at Reedsville last year with the same setup TST pm3 stacked on edge comp... ... he had better numbers with the comp only, but swore up & down the truck ran better with the stack.
