Good Dodge Mechanic in N. Alabama?

Bringing this to the top. Our prayers are with you Gap.

Last night Red past away ( Gap's Daddy) Gap went to see him at a new dirt track he was helping to get started sat. and from what i understand i car stalled on the starting line and Red was going across the infield to push the car out of the way with his 4 wheeler and went across a drainage ditch and flipped it. It broke his neck and severed his spine. arrangements are being made. i will try to keep you posted. lets keep the family in our prayers.

Respectfully,

Joe

I'm like Kimber, just don't know what to say.

Gap, I ain't been there yet so I really don't understand how you feel. We're praying for you, Jack, and your family. Red ALWAYS talked to me like I had been his best friend for life. I know he'll be missed by many friends and especially his family.

Gap,

I am so sorry to hear about what happened. Words are always hard to come by at a time like this, but my family and I will be praying for GOD to bless and comfort you and your family at this time.

We're going to the funeral home later today if anyone else would like to go with us. I think we're meeting in Dickson at around 6:30PM. I believe visitation is until 9PM. From what I understand, the funeral home is Bodkin. I forget the town, but I'm sure it's down there where he lived.

Call my cell (615. 210. 1200) if you wanna go. I'll be leaving Pleasant View at 5:30.

Andy

I'm ammending my above statement...

We're leaving after work tomorrow. John Feger, Jeff Cotton and I will leave HCA (centennial park area) at 5:30 tomorrow (Monday) and head West.

I encourage everyone to come with us/follow us and support Gap during this tough time.

I won't be able to make it so someone please express my condolences to Gap and the family. Please pray especially for Gap and his son Jack. I don't know if either one of them actually saw the accident but they were both there pretty close to it from what I here. I'm sure it will be a hard memory for Gap and Jack to deal with for the rest of their lives.

Joe got second to a fella in a '98 Dually they trailered in by a few inches. It was one class, no weight classes, and they were not allowed to use weights. You can see from this pic how close Joe was to the hay rolls. Barry made a good showing in the D-Max. I don't know if he got 3rd or 4th. I t was a pretty good time but a long night. The sled broke and was down for @30-45 minutes. All them loud hotrod trucks sure take a LONG time.

Gap, I too am at a loss for words. I'm so very sorry to hear about your loss. Your father was a great man, and truely one of a kind. He will be missed very much. I wish I could make it down there, but there I can not get off work.

If you need anything just call.

Gap, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Red was a tremendously good person and always made you feel like a friend even after just meeting him. He will be throroughly be missed by everyone.

Sorry that I will not be able to make it tonight.

If there is anything that I can do, just let me know... ...

Please accept mt condolances at your and your family's loss, this is a tough one.

Gap, I got home yesterday from a week long trip without a computer and found out the news. I would like to express my condolances and will pray for your family.

Well we had a small gathering at the house yesterday, Wade, Terry, Travis, Erik, Kyle, we had a good time, talk was to try and get together alittle more often. We are going to try to do a HOOTERS in Hermitage,TN gathering, just a meet and greet type thing, but we need more member participation, so guys we got to stop and make time, we all can come up with the excuses as to why we can't make it. Life is short, lets start getting together more and have some fun, even all of us go cruising. I want to here some feedback!

Hotrod VP44

Anyone in our group running a Hotrod VP44? Is it that much better than a stock one when looking at the price difference?

Where's the best place to get one? Joe, Mecham?
