On this '04 with hot long crank, slow start, I came up with TSB 14-003-06 for a re-flash. Any one have other tsb's concerning this problem?

Thanks

Had this done to my 06. I thought this TSB was for mid 05-mid 06 trucks. Not sure. The shop put it down as crank but I asked for it to improve milage. Crank maybe some better? Didn't really have a problem but my diesel milage went up about 2. Not sure it was to the re-flash but it looks like it.

Had the reflash done this morn, no help. They pushed it outside after giving up on getting it started. After an hour cool down, I was on my way home. Guess I will retorque the tubes next.

mine has had the re flash and still has the long crank issues sometimes

it seems to be in the standard transmissions and i think it is something like a balance sensor so the cummins does not rattle itself to death on shutdown

some people have changed the clutch and pressure plate to south bend and have had no issues since so when my clutch goes i will be replacing the whole setup and see what happens

 OMG!! I would have been driving home in a brand new truck telling them they can have that no starting one. #@$%!

Think I have this one solved. After talking to a couple of dealers on price of injectors, doing the times six figure, I had to do a regroup. After rechecking pressures, head scratching, etc. , I removed the Edge Juice from the system. Truck has not taken more than two to three seconds to start since. Runs smoother also. Will do some more runs tomorrow.
